Obituary of Aura Louise Williams
Mrs. Aura Louise “Sally” Williams, age 80, of Jackson, GA, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Pruitt Health in Forsyth. Sally was born Saturday, April 8, 1939, in Alloy, West Virginia, daughter of the late Samuel Fleming Curry and the late Mary Lee Haynes Curry. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, traveling and playing card games. Sally was a member of Towaliga Baptist Church She was preceded in death by husband, Jesse Ray Williams; brother, Oliver Curry.
Sally is survived by her children and their spouses, Sharon and Mercer Graham of Jackson, James and Dawn Williams of Port Angeles, Washington, Carole and Jeff McKinney of Hallsville, Texas; grandchildren, Tiffany and Wes Hagwood of Jackson, Jennifer and Jason Engman of Denver, Colorado, Ashlyn McKinney of Hallsville, Texas, Keith McKinney of Hallsville, Texas; great-grandchildren, Russell Hagwood of Jackson, Audrey Hagwood of Jackson, Alexander Engman of Denver, Colorado; brothers and sister-in-law, Samuel Curry of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, Robert and Linda Curry of Cross Lanes, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mrs. Sally Williams will be held on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Towaliga Baptist Church with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the service.
