I remember Sharon as a smiling, happy child. Although we didn’t see each other often due to her family’s military life, it was always an exciting time when we knew they were coming to Parkersburg.

Q: What will you never forget about Sharon?
A: I met Sharon in 1990 when we worked together. We instantly connected as friends. She was the sweetest woman I’ve ever known. She showed kindness and smiles to every person she met. Once I married, my husband took over a family business and I couldn’t think of anyone I’d rather work with again than Sharon. So, we hired her and she and I were once again reunited as co-workers until I left for maternity leave. We’ve stayed connected on and off throughout all these years. I spoke with her last September and it warmed my heart that she and I could be friends for 34 years. I will never forget her laughter and smiles. I know she’s in heaven and we will reunite one day. Until then … I miss you my friend. ❤️

You were always more than a friend, I will always remember talking all night long, last May when we visited. So glad we got to go to the Aqaurium together, even though you GPS wanted to send us to the Airport. I know you are with your Dad and dogs, but you will be so missed here. Love and miss you.
