Obituary of Gale Marie Parker Coe
Mrs. Gale Marie Parker Coe, age 71, of Clayton, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2025.
Gale was born on Thursday, January 7, 1954, in Cork, Georgia to the late Doyle Johnson and the late Tommie Lou Webb Johnson. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, William H. Parker, Cecil Edward Coe; daughter, Candy Marie Johnson; six brothers; and one sister. Gale loved going to church where she was a member at Pleasant Hill Church in Clayton, Georgia. She enjoyed riding in her golf cart and going to the beach. Flowers and gardening were some of her favorite things to do. Most of all, Gale loved her family and her dog, Little Man.
Gale is survived by her children and spouses, Teresa and Buck Ledford, Wayne and Ashely Parker, Missy Parker Black, Chrissy Faulkner; grandchildren, Joe Ledford Jr (Alee), Trent Thompson, Addie Barnes, MaKayla Hernandez (Pedro), MaKiyah Sumner, Maysen Sumner, Kammie Bailey (Marcus), Blake Dailey, Wyatt Fendley, West Fendley, Dayton Faulkner, Landon Faulkner, Cheyenne Faulkner; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Lakelynn, Parker Kate, Dallas, Alayna; brother and sister-in-law, Leslie and Pat Johnson, several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mrs. Gale Coe will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will follow at Flovilla South Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Sherrell-Westbury Funeral Home.
