Cathy Michele Clark Griffeth, 45, of Jackson, GA, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011. She was born December 6, 1965 in Dexter, ME to Quentin William Clark and Linda Gail Hancock Saunders. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, taking care of her animals and loved being with her family and friends. Mrs. Missy Griffeth is survived by her husband, Craig Griffeth, of Jackson; daughters and sons-in-law, Nikki and Dustin Green, of Jackson, Ashley and Albert Zajicek, of McDonough; son, David Hancock, of Jackson; grandchildren, Jorden Hancock, Jordan, Austin and Carson Zajicek; parents, Linda and Tim Saunders, of Locust Grove, and Quentin and Karen Clark, of Largo, FL; brother, Eric and Jaclyn Clark, of Jackson; sisters and brother-in-law, Tawnya Saunders, of Griffin, and Mekayla and John Kriksciukas, of Largo, FL; mother and father-in-law, Betty and Ron Cheshire, of Jackson; her dog, Harley, and cat, Coleman. She was preceded in death by a brother, Shaun Clark; grandparents, Davis and Pauline Hancock and Basil and Margaret Clark; fathers-in-law, J.P. Griffeth and Rev. George Malcom. Funeral services for Missy Griffeth will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 – 9 PM Saturday evening. Those who wish may sign the on-line guest registry at www.sherrellfh.com.
