Mr. David Eugene “Big Dave” Moss, Sr, age 57, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023.

 

David was born on Sunday, June 26, 1966, in Conyers, Georgia to the late Cleborn Grady Moss and the late Sandra Garland Maddox. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff Moss. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. David loved helping others and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

 

David is survived by his wife, Tammy Moss; children and spouses, Ashley Pope and Adam Lopez, David Jr and Laura Moss, Craig and Stephanie Moss; grandchildren, Connor Pope, Eli Pope, Brantley Moss, Peyton Moss, Gracie Moss, Avery Bragg, Remington Moss, Rhett Moss, Elizabeth Moss; sister and brother-in-law, Becky and Fulton Gerke; brother, LaRue Moss; several nieces and nephews; pet duck, Donald.

 

A Celebration of Life for Big Dave will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 12:00 until 4:00 P.M. at The Village at Indian Springs Amphitheater.
