Mrs. Mary Frances Bedsole, age 80, of Jackson, GA, died Monday, January 24, 2011 at Spalding Regional Medical Center. She was born December 23, 1930 in SC to the late Robert Lee and Ola Mae Maddox Lawton. She was of the baptist faith, enjoyed crocheting, game shows, and loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Mary Frances Bedsole is survived by 1 son, Larry Lawton, of Jackson; 1 brother, Billy Lawton, of Ohio; 7 grandchildren, David W. Sullivan, Bobby Sullivan, Mike Sullivan, April Harless, Cristi Schoenborn, and Amanda Manders; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rigdon Bedsole, daughter, Barbara Sullivan, and granddaughter, Mary Sullivan. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Frances Bedsole will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 27, 2011 in the Chapel of Sherrell Funeral Home with Rev. John Sherrell officiating. Interment will be at Pepperton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 - 8:00 Wednesday evening.
