Mr. Leslie Patton Reid, age 67, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010 at Henry Medical Center following several weeks of declining health. He was born Jan. 28, 1943 in Fulton County, GA. He is survived by three sons, Michael Davis, Jimmy Reid and Paul Reid; one grandson, Christopher Singleton; five brothers and sisters, Frank Patton, of Suwanee, Judy Choate, of Calhoun, Sara Black, of Covington, Susan Gaddis and Eddie Patton, of Conyers; nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 at five p.m. at Lilla Memorial Baptist Church, 802 Hwy 36 East, Barnesville, GA. In lieu of flowers, make a donation to your favorite charity in memory of Leslie. Those who wish may sign the on-line guest registry at www.sherrellfh.com. Sherrell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Leslie Patton Reid.
