David Lenard Biles, age 72, of Jackson, GA, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Westbury Medical Care Home. He was born on March 9, 1941 in Jackson, GA to the late C.B. Biles and the late Mary Lou Stewart Biles. David enjoyed horses, cowboys and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Speed, and brothers, Stewart, James, Maurice, Ernest, and Jimmy Biles. David is survived by 3 sisters, Ruth Tante, Virginia Pullium, and Faye Crane, all of Jackson; 3 sisters-in-law, Pat Bennett Biles, Juanita Biles and Pat Thompson Biles; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins Graveside funeral services for David Biles will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 12, 2013 at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8 PM Thursday evening. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church Building Fund, Macedonia Baptist Church, 151 Macedonia Church Road, Jackson, GA 30233. Those who wish may sign the online guest registry at www.sherrell-westburyfh.com. Sherrell-Westbury Funeral Home, 212 East College Street, Jackson, is serving the Biles family.
