Bobbie Jo “BJ” Moss passed away at her residence July 4, 2018. She was born in East Point, Georgia to James and Maxine Durbin on February 25, 1972. She graduated from Jackson High School in 1989 and Gordon College in 1993. She loved her work as a nurse in the OB/GYN department at Spalding Regional Hospital until 2005 when she became disabled. She was married to Paul Moss for 27 years, and a devoted mother to their son, Collin Moss.

 

In addition to her parents, husband and son, she is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Sandra Pacchioli; sisters and brothers-in-law, Shelley and Mike Cook, Wendy and Greg Lease; father-in-law, Oliver “Sonny” Moss; brother-in-law, Jeff Moss; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ann and Ed Ross; nephews, Donovan Hodges, Anthony Pacchioli, Patrick Moss, Jonathan and Eathan Ross; nieces, Olivia and Adelia Ross, Kaitlin and Megan Moss; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; fur friend, Sam.

 

A funeral service for Bobbie Jo Moss will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, July 9, 2018 in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ricky Stubbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Jackson City Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home Sunday evening from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
