Mr. Charles Warren “Buddy” Cook, III, of Jackson, GA, died Friday, May 20, 2011. He was born August 2, 1946 in Hahira, GA to the late Charles Warren Cook, Jr and Velma Ruth Pharr Cook. Mr Buddy Cook is survived by his wife, Janet Wyman Cook, of Jackson; daughter, Laura Hamilton, of Atlanta; sons, Vince Tumlin, of Monroe, and Mario DePalma, of Jackson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Tom Norris, of Snellvile, Gayle and Ralph Butler, of Seabrook, TX, and Martha Fields, of Bozeman, MT; brothers and sister-in-law, Kenny Cook, of Calhoun, and Rodney and Cheryl Cook, of Lawrenceville; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
