Mr. Marvin Douglas Stegall, age 60, of Jackson, Georgia passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021.
Doug was born on Monday, March 14, 1960 in Winchester, Indiana to the late Marvin L. Stegall and the late Willie Jean Brown. He retired from a career with Snapper.
Doug is survived by his daughter, Wendy Lynn McQueen of Jackson, Georgia; son, Wesley McQueen of Jackson, Georgia, son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Hope Stegall of Jackson, Georgia; sister, Tonda Jones of Jackson, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette and Mike Riley of Jackson, Georgia, brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Penny Stegall of Jackson, Georgia; Grandchildren, Kiyah Dunbar, Wesley McQueen, Makayla McQueen, Aubrey Stegall, and Declan Stegall; special aunt, Linda and Bill Barnes of Jackson, Georgia; special friends, Bob and Debbie Fuqua, Stewart Pace, Jimmy Vaughn, Robert Pope, and Merel Price.
Along with his parents, Doug was preceded in death by his brother, George Stegall and friend, Travis Harper.
A memorial service for Mr. Doug Stegall will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Friends may watch a live stream of the service on the Sherrell-Westbury Facebook page.
