Mr. Carl Timothy Mauldin, age 66, of Jackson, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
Tim was born on Sunday, October 17, 1954 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Carl Mauldin Jr. and the late Juanita Hope Mauldin. Along with his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Dusenberry. He was a landscaper for the State of Georgia and a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Locust Grove, Georgia. Tim had a love for gospel music and sang in a gospel quartet. He also loved fishing and enjoyed good food.
Tim is survived by his wife, Nancy Mauldin; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Jeff Pope; grandchildren, Brandon Cody Pope, Taylor Pope, Nathaniel Lindsey, Jake Lindsey, and Mason Pope; brother, Mark Mauldin; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mr. Tim Mauldin will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at Heritage Baptist Church in Locust Grove, Georgia with Pastor Terrell Hopkins officiating. Interment will be at Jenkinsburg City Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Heritage Baptist Church.
