Obituary of Sabra Lieb

Tamara Sabra Pickett Lieb, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, June 23, 2012. She was born September 26, 1961 in Atlanta, GA to the late William Arthur Pickett and Shelley Ann Dobson Barron, who survives. She attended First Baptist Church of Hampton, GA, had a heart of gold and loved to give to others, enjoyed flowers, cooking, shopping, reading, talking on the phone, and loved spending time with her family. Sabra is survived by her husband, James “Jimmy” Lieb, of Jackson; daughter, Nicole Abercrombie, of Jackson; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jessica Abercrombie, of Woodland, AL; step-daughters, Brandy and Arron Palicki, of McDonough, Amanda Lieb, of Carrollton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Vicki and Bobby Murphy, of McDonough, Michele and R. B. Sapp, Jamie and Stephen Lovvorn; brother and sister-in-law, Reid and Deena Barron; mother and father, Shelley Ann and James Barron, all of Woodland, AL; 4 grandchildren, Haley, Cameron, Ansley, Jace; father and mother-in-law, Francis "Ducky" and Nancy Lieb, of Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Sabra Lieb will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with her uncle, Pastor Gary Walker, officiating. Interment will be at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 - 9:00 PM Wednesday evening.
