Mrs. Edith Rhae Wood Bradshaw, age 54, of Jackson, Georgia passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022, at Piedmont Henry Hospital.  

 

Edith was born on Friday, May 24, 1968, in Decatur, Georgia to the late Jimmy Allen Wood and the late Carol Sue Baumgardner Wood. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Nancy Lang. Edith was a hard worker and enjoyed motorcycle rides, traveling to the beach and fishing. She loved her dogs, Sandy, Zoey and Penny.

 

Edith is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Joseph “Joey” Bradshaw; brothers and sister-in-law, Scott and Lauri Wood, Dustin Wood; stepbrother, Tom Scarborough; nieces and nephews, Tazwell Wood, Jolee Wood, Starla Wood, Lorena Scarborough; stepmother, Andrea Wood; brothers-in law and sisters-in-law, A.J. and Heather Bradshaw, Randy and April Johnson; numerous cousins.

 

A memorial service for Mrs. Edith Bradshaw will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Scott Wood officiating.  Visitation will be held after the service.
