Obituary of Brandon Paul Garmon

Mr. Brandon Paul Garmon, age 44, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

 

Brandon was born on Saturday, December 2, 1978, in East Point, Georgia to the late Perry Leon Garmon and Paula Jean Moore Houston. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Chayden Alexander Garmon; stepfather, George Houston. Brandon worked at Old Dominion as a forklift operator and was of Baptist faith. He enjoyed fixing things and tinkering with stuff and could repair or build anything. Brandon liked gardening, watching sports, and was an avid University of Georgia fan.  

 

Brandon is survived by his son, Zack Garmon; daughter, Traci Landreneau; mother, Paula Houston; grandmother, Darlene Brooks; brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott and Brittany Houston, Jason and Jennifer Garmon; former spouse, Brandis Garmon; several aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, and nephews.

 

A funeral service for Mr. Brandon Garmon will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the Sherrell Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend David Dawson officiating. Friends may visit with the family before the service from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
