Obituary of Barbara Ann Wall
Mrs. Barbara Ann Hinnant Wall, age 83, of Jackson, Georgia, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024.
Barbara was born Sunday, April 28, 1940, in Wendell, North Carolina to the late Ruffin Hinnant and the late Marie Sadie Honeycutt Hinnant. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kenneth Wall. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson. Barbara enjoyed gardening, spending time outside, and going to church where she sang in the choir. She also liked to travel to North Carolina to visit family and to her timeshare in Orange Lake, Florida. She especially loved spending time with her great-grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Lois and Tim Murtha, Lisa Bartley; grandchildren, Josh and Ashlie Murtha, Heather and Josh Howell; great-grandchildren, Emily Howell, Bradley Murtha, Matthew Murtha, Haley Howell; sister, JoAnn Balboa; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Wall will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Jackson with Pastor Keith Joseph and Pastor Eric Clemons officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Forest Park, Georgia. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
