Obituary of Travis Harper

Leonard Travis Harper, age 60, of Jackson, GA, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Spalding Regional Hospital. He was born on August 28, 1953 in Chamblee, GA to the late Carroll Jones Harper and Carol Faye Crane Harper. Travis enjoyed hunting and loved his family very much. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Cook Harper; son, Isaac Travis Harper; and brother, Jeffrey Lynn Harper. Travis is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Harper of Locust Grove; son, Joel Harper of Lilburn; step-son, Brian Gibson of Jackson; grandchildren, Zoey Tucker and Amelia Grace Harper; mother, Faye Crane Harper; brother, Sonny Harper, both of Jackson. Memorial services for Travis Harper will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating.
