Life Legacy Timothy Neal “Chuck” Pulliam, age 67, of Murphy, NC and formerly of Jackson, GA, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 at his residence. He was born on Monday, June 16, 1947 in Jackson, GA to the late Wincel Hesper Pulliam and the late Agnes Lucille Spurlin Pulliam Watkins. Chuck served in the Georgia National Guard. He was a graduate of West Georgia College in Carrollton and received his Ed.D from the University of Georgia. Chuck was a 32nd Degree Mason, a member of St. John's Lodge #45 F&AM, and a member of the American Legion. Chuck is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Flory Pulliam; daughter, Kelly Pulliam; grandchildren, Benjamin, Hannah, Rebecca, Rachel, Daniel, Grace, Joshua, Elizabeth, and Sophie; sister, Pam Mosteller; niece, Nicole Mosteller; and nephew, Cary Mosteller. A private memorial service for Timothy “Chuck” Pulliam will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 1192, Jackson, GA 30233 in memory of Chuck.
