Mr. Robert Gary “Bobby” Ward, Sr., age 53, of Jenkinsburg, GA, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital. Bobby was born on Tuesday, August 14, 1962 in Conoga Park, California to the late Charlie Lee Ward, Sr. and Mrs. Margaret Claudia Wheeler Ward. Bobby formerly worked for Vulcan Materials. Bobby is survived his daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Jeremy Duncan; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Kaci Ward, Alex and Audrianna Sealey; grandchildren, Joshua, Abby, Jace, Savannah, Nathan, Robert and Natalie; mother, Margaret Ward; sister and brother-in-law, Lynda Jennings and Jeff Newmark; brothers and sister-in-law, Charlie, Jr. and Sandra Ward, John Ward; special friend, Brenda Blalock; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Mr. Bobby Ward will be conducted on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Asa Freeman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
