Obituary of Cindy Vaughn

Cindy Jean Fincher Vaughn, age 58, of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at her residence. Cindy was born on Tuesday, September 3, 1957 to Daftner Spencer Fincher and the late Robert Lee “Bob” Fincher. She was a real estate agent and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Cindy dearly loved her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Harding Vaughn. Cindy is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Bragg and Jessica Vaughn, Lee and Aimee Vaughn; grandchildren, Braxton Vaughn, Maddox Mae Vaughn, Ailie Vaughn; mother, Daftner Fincher; and sister-in-law, Louette Vaughn. Memorial services for Cindy Vaughn will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Dr. Lane Sanders and Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Macedonia Baptist Church AWANA or Youth Department, 151 Macedonia Church Road, Jackson, GA 30233 in memory of Cindy. Sherrell-Westbury Funeral Home, 212 E. College St., Jackson is serving the Vaughn family.
