Obituary of Tondi Norsworthy

Mr. Tondi Lind Norsworthy, Sr., age 57, of Nelson Street, Jackson, Georgia, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin. Tondi was born on Wednesday, January 21, 1959 in Griffin, Georgia to the late Walter Cleveland Norsworthy and Mrs. Jeanette Lunsford Norsworthy. Tondi enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing and karaoke. He formerly worked with Otis Elevator Company. He was of the Baptist faith. Tondi is survived by his sons, Tondi Lind Norsworthy, Jr. and Kyle Slaton Norsworthy; grandchildren, Ian, Haley and Damon; mother, Jeanette Norsworthy; sisters and brother-in-law, Teena Norsworthy Lawhon, Tanzie Norsworthy Morgan and Dennis Morgan; niece and her husband, Misty and Kevin Carmichael; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services for Mr. Tondi Norsworthy will be conducted on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Sherrell Memorial Chapel with Mr. Ralph Wilson and Mr. Rudy Mangham officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
