Obituary of Carolyn Dale

Life Legacy Mrs. Carolyn Elizabeth Snelson Dale, age 72, of Jackson, GA, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital. Carolyn was born on Saturday, October 28, 1944 in Savannah, GA to the late William Snelson and the late Elizabeth Padrick Snelson. She was of the Methodist faith. Carolyn enjoyed working with stained glass and wood turning. She is preceded in death by a son, William Lee Dale. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lee Dale; daughter, Ann Brown; daughter-in-law, Jeannie Dale; grandchildren, Zachary Hargis, Wendy Brown, Joshua Murray, James Dale, and Caitlynn Dale; and 4 great-grandchildren. It was Carolyn’s wish to be cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, January 27, 2017.
