Mrs. Pauline Vivian May Glaze, age 83, of Jackson, GA, died Saturday, January 29, 2011 in Jackson. She was born May 22, 1927 in Hocking, OH to the late Fred and Nellie Sowers Burgoon. Mrs. Glaze was a member of the Eastern Star, VFW and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed her arts and crafts, wrestling, Braves, out doors, and loved her family very much. Mrs. Pauliune Glaze is survived by her husband, Olin Glaze, of Jackson; 1 daughter, Cheryl Britton, of Jackson; 2 sons, Terry Morgan and Rodney Morgan, both of Jackson; 1 sister, Fairy Rauch, of OH; 1 brother, Paul Burgoon, of OH; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lee Ann Gilmon; great-grandson, William Parthemore; 5 brothers and sisters. Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Glaze will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 3, 2011 in the Chapel of Sherrell Funeral Home with Pastor William Burnham officiating. Interment will be at Jackson City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
