The Jenkins family used to camp out at lake Alton a together. When I was 13 or 14 yeasts old I remember Uncle John joining the group. Usually all day Saturday. He would bring his kids, they were very young. He used to put Rebekah on his shoulders a lot. He loved his kids and his family. My mother Alice Parks was close to John, She passed almost 2 years ago. I remember when I was caring for my mom in her last months, John would call sometimes to check on her. He talked to her and she was all smiles. Uncle John hug my momma for me in heaven. You will be missed
