Me and Amber Jo were raised together! Which meant I spent a lot of time at both her mom and dads house. My fondest memory was him taking us to the lake where we’d stay all day long! Floating, boating, and just loving life. Thank you for those memories, Mr. Lance. You will be missed, tremendously.

I met Lance about four years ago when we hired on at General Mills together. His locker was next to mine so we got to talk and cut up every day. The one thing that was completely evident was his love for his family. I always enjoyed hearing about his times with them. Lance was one of the most kind hearted men I've had the pleasure of knowing. He is missed dearly.
