We are saddened to hear of the passing of Jim Thurston. We knew Jim in the Singing Saints Choir of First Baptist Church of Conyers where he served as a longtime choir member within the bass section. Jim found great joy in singing and serving the Lord by sharing faith, encouragement, and hope to others in our community through song. Jim’s voice and kindness will truly be missed by all of our Singing Saints. Your family is in our hearts and prayers during this most difficult time. May God’s love bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead.
